I just put together my P90X before and after transformation video and I wanted to share it with you! I’ve been through 2 rounds of P90X now, and I figured it was about time to go ahead and make a P90X video of my results so far. I hope that my P90X transformation will inspire and motivate YOU to start the program, or to stick with it if you are already doing the program. Your hard work and dedication WILL pay off as long as you are 100% committed to the program.

I re-took the P90X fit test on Monday night and below are the results. I’ve definitely made some great improvements since the start of the P90X workout! I can honestly say now that I’m truly in the best shape of my life!
I finally got a chance to take my day 90 pictures so I can see the progress I made with the P90X workout! I have to say that I’m extremely happy with my P90X results!
As far as my measurements from P90X day 56, I’ve lost another 4 pounds, I lost another 1/2 inch around my waist, and I lost another inch around my hips! Either tonight or tomorrow I’m going to re-take the fit test to see the improvements I’ve made since the start of P90X. I’ll hopefully be able post my fit test results tomorrow, and then I’ll probably put together a summary of my final P90X results, and then a review of the P90X program.
I re-took my pictures and my measurements today so I could see the progress I’m making with the P90X workout. I’m very happy with the results I’ve seen so far! When looking at the pictures below, it definitely looks like I’m even more toned when compared to my P90X Day 26 pictures. My chest and my abs seem to look a lot more defined too.
Below you can see my P90X Results so far! I put together my pictures from day 1 & day 28 of the P90X workout. I’m pretty happy with the results so far because it looks like I’ve toned up some. When I flex my abs now, you can definitely see some definition. I’m hoping by the end of P90X that they will really pop out! Also, in the pictures when I’m flexing my back muscles, you can actually see the muscles now (on day 1 when I’m flexing, it doesn’t look like I’m flexing at all).
