I just put together my P90X before and after transformation video and I wanted to share it with you! I’ve been through 2 rounds of P90X now, and I figured it was about time to go ahead and make a P90X video of my results so far. I hope that my P90X transformation will inspire and motivate YOU to start the program, or to stick with it if you are already doing the program. So what are my final P90X results from the P90X workout? Below are some of the highlights of my P90X results

  • Lost 11 pounds
  • Went from about 14.50% body fat to about 10% body fat
  • Lost 2 inches in my waist
  • Greatly increased my endurance
  • Almost doubled the number of push-ups and pull ups I can do
  • I can touch my toes (which I’ve never been able to do)
  • I have a six pack
  • Greatly increased the strength in my legs.

P90X Results – I’m a P90X Graduate! :-)

I just want people to realize that if this is something that I can do, than you can definitely get awesome P90X results too! I simply decided to do the P90X program, I committed myself to the program and the nutrition plan, and I succeeded! I am definitely in the best shape of my life, and I’m excited to continue with my trek of fitness and health! Here are my P90X results pictures from my very first round of P90X-

P90X Results – Goals Accomplished?

Did I accomplish all of my goals during this first round of P90X? For the most part! My main goals were to lose the extra fat I have around my belly (so my abs pop out) and to build muscle. I managed to lose all of the fat, and replace it with muscle.

The only thing that I wished I would have gotten better results with was adding size to my muscles. I got some increase in size in my chest, but none in my arms. That was really my own fault though because I wasn’t taking in enough calories. I guess I’ve got to remember as well that building muscle takes time. During this first round of P90X I was mainly losing all of the unwanted fat and replacing it with muscle. I think I will have an easier time gaining muscle this next round of P90X.

P90X Results – So What Are YOU Going To Do?

I highly recommend P90X to anyone who is looking to get fit and healthy! I’ve read so many success stories of individuals of all ages and fitness levels who have gotten extreme results from P90X. One of the success stories that has really stood out in my mind is of a couple who did P90X together. They were both in their mid 50’s and the husband had Type II diabetes. He had an insulin requirement of 20 to 30 units twice per day before the program. At the end of P90X, he had a daily insulin requirement of ZERO!

I re-took the P90X fit test on Monday night and below are the results. I’ve definitely made some great improvements since the start of the P90X workout! I can honestly say now that I’m truly in the best shape of my life!

The improvements in my weak areas is the thing I’m most proud of. I always have been extremely inflexible, I’ve never had a high amount of endurance, and my legs have been a weak area for me. After 90 days of the P90X program, I can now touch my toes (which I have never been able to do), I can do high intensity cardio for more than just 5 to 10 seconds without passing out :-), and I actually have a good amount of strength in my legs. I remember when I did the fit test before the start of P90X, and the 2 minute heart rate maximizer felt like an eternity! I felt like I was going to pass out and die from breathing so hard within the first 30 seconds or so!

Also, I’ve always dreaded doing any type of sit and reach or toe touch! Prior to P90X, I could only touch my shins or about 4 inches from my toes!  The daily stretching in P90X has clearly increased my flexibility. Lastly, I was able to almost double the number of Pull-Ups and Push Ups that I was able to do!

I can’t wait to “bring it” during round 2 of P90X! :-)

I finally got a chance to take my day 90 pictures so I can see the progress I made with the P90X workout! I have to say that I’m extremely happy with my P90X results!

As far as my measurements from P90X day 56, I’ve lost another 4 pounds, I lost another 1/2 inch around my waist, and I lost another inch around my hips! Either tonight or tomorrow I’m going to re-take the fit test to see the improvements I’ve made since the start of P90X. I’ll hopefully be able post my fit test results tomorrow, and then I’ll probably put together a summary of my final P90X results, and then a review of the P90X program.

Below are my final P90X result pictures of day 1, day 28, day 56, and day 90. I also posted a separate picture below this one comparing just day 1 and day 90.

I re-took my pictures and my measurements today so I could see the progress I’m making with the P90X workout. I’m very happy with the results I’ve seen so far! When looking at the pictures below, it definitely looks like I’m even more toned when compared to my P90X Day 26 pictures. My chest and my abs seem to look a lot more defined too.

As far as my measurements when compared to my P90X Day 26 results,  I’ve gained 1/2 inch around my chest, lost an additional 1/2 inch around my waist, and I lost another 2 pounds. Overall with P90X I’ve lost 7 pounds and I’ve lost 1.5 inches around my waist.

It seems like I’m definitely headed in the right direction of having abs that pop out, and gaining more muscle. The only thing I’m confused about is that I’ve actually lost about 1/2 inch in my arms from my measurements today and my measurements before the start of P90X. I guess maybe I’ve lost some fat on my arms? When looking at the pictures, they really don’t look any smaller, and my triceps and biceps definitely look more defined.  As I’ve mentioned before, it’s really hard to balance fat loss and muscle gain. Usually you focus on one or the other, but I’ve been hoping for both. So far I have accomplished both since I’ve gained 1/2 inch in my chest.

Well, I’m off to go take a nice long nap so I can get well for Phase 3 of P90X!

Below you can see my P90X Results so far! I put together my pictures from day 1 & day 28 of the P90X workout. I’m pretty happy with the results so far because it looks like I’ve toned up some. When I flex my abs now, you can definitely see some definition. I’m hoping by the end of P90X that they will really pop out! Also, in the pictures when I’m flexing my back muscles, you can actually see the muscles now (on day 1 when I’m flexing, it doesn’t look like I’m flexing at all).

With each picture, I took one with me relaxed, and then I took one with me flexing. I took some side pictures too, but to keep the picture from being super long I left them off. I may add those later. As far as my weight, I’ve actually lost about 5 pounds. Also, I re-took my measurements and I lost 1 inch around my waist! That is definitely a positive thing since it was pure fat that I’ve lost.

My goal with P90X is to build muscle and I want to lose the fat around my belly so that my abs pop out (which it appears that I’m accomplishing). It’s a hard balancing act though. I want to take in enough calories to allow my muscles to grow, but at the same time I don’t want to take in too many calories so that I gain the weight back around my waist and stomach.
