P90X Legs And Back

P90X Legs and Back used to be one of the P90X workouts that I hated the most…yep I’ll admit it! :-) Why did I hate this workout so much? The same reason I disliked the P90X Plyometrics workout. I had puny little legs and the P90x Legs and Back workout would crush my legs! Not only would I be huffing and puffing (struggling to catch my breath) as I went through the exercises, but by the end of this workout it’d be painful to go up and down the stairs in our home.

For a lot of people like myself, P90X Legs and Back is a tough workout. You may even dread this workout like I used to. With time I have learned to love P90X Legs and Back (ok, maybe not LOVE, but let’s just say like). While it still isn’t one of my favorite workouts, it’s a workout that works my weakest points so I NEED this workout more then any of the other P90X workouts.

Kenpo X has got to be one of the P90X workouts that almost EVERYONE loves and enjoys doing. I personally love and enjoy doing P90X Kenpo X myself. If you had a bad day, or have any anger towards a situation or person inside you, it’s a great workout to vent and to just let things go. You can punch, kick, jab, and block all of your issues away. It’s reinvigorating and a lot of fun!

The only issue that I see with P90X “Kenpo X” is that it does tend to get easy with time. It was either towards the end of my first round of P90X (or the beginning of round 2 of P90X) when it started getting easier for me (I can’t remember the exact time since it was almost 2 years ago). Regardless of when, if you stick with P90X like you should, then this workout will eventually start getting easy for you. So what do you do when P90X Kenpo X gets easy?

Do you keep doing it over and over the same way? Do you quit P90X all together? No! You modify to make it work for you so that the intensity of Kenpo X is stepped up a notch. I’m pretty excited because P90X has finally truly gone mobile with the P90X app! As of yesterday there is now a P90X iPhone app that you can use to literally take P90X with you anywhere. Since I’m a gadget guy and I have an iPhone AND I’m a P90X addict I HAD to purchase it. Like all things the company behind P90X does, they don’t do things halfway or put out crap that doesn’t work. This new P90X app is no exception.
