this is good stuf..i like and appreciate ur effort! i had the p90x but didnt have the schedule and the worksheets! thanx!
No problem! I'm glad it helped you!
which dvd is it for phase 2 called chest shoulders and TRICEPS i dont see that one i have all 12 dvds
Where did you buy your P90X DVD’s from? If you have all 12 DVD’s and bought it from Beachbody, then the workout is called Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps like you mentioned. There are a ton of P90X Scam sites out there that will sell you P90X for $60 or some crazy cheap price. If you are paying any less then $119.95 for P90X then you are likely getting scammed. Hope that helps!
Ok I have a couple questions about the p90x, I know the video I watched
about you is liek 2 years old, but anyways, I want to be a lineman for
my football team, I can make the team fine, but I want more muscle, im
14 and im looking fowrad to using the p90x. I weigh around 200-220. I
plan on using the classic workout plan, but as for the diet/nutrition
plan I know which one I want to do but, i dont know how. My friend told
me each phase I do i have to switch to another nutrition plan, is this
true? For example, I plan on doing the classic worout plan and plan on
doing the fat shredder meal plan for now, Can i use the fat shredder
for phase 1,2&3 for the classic? Or do i have to switch e nutrition
plan every time i switch a phase in the workout? please this will be
very helpful to me, please answer this question.
P90X comes with a Nutrition Guide that will tell you exactly what you need to do and eat during each Phase of P90X. I recommend you check that out since it tell you what you need to do and eat during each Phase. The amount of calories/protein changes during each P90X phase. Hope that helps!
Would you suggest P90X classic over insanity for someone going from couch to working out?
Most definitely! I wouldn’t recommend Insanity to anyone who is a beginner. Also, if it has been years and years since a person has worked out or exercised, then I’d recommend that they take the P90X Fit Test before getting P90X to determine if they are fit enough for P90X. If they flat out fail the Fit Test and/or they aren’t in the right mindset, then I recommend they do Power 90 (P90). Here’s a video I did on that subject-

Hope that helps Jeremiah!! Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank you for the videos and posts. I’m thinking of starting next Mon. I’m just trying to get ready and all (just got the bands and mat). I thought about getting the pull-up bar, but I can only do about 3 anyhow. The bands seemed more realistic and affordable to me. I look forward to your support! Im sure Ill need it!
Congrats for starting next Monday! You might want to consider getting the pull up bar. Even though you can’t do any now, you can always use a chair and work your way up. Tony Horton will show you how to do the pull ups with the chair even if you can only do 0. It’s up to you though. You’ll just get a much better workout in the long run and you can work your way up to doing the pull ups.
Also, have you gone through ALL the steps here?
