P90X Kenpo X Elbow Series

I just finished a fun & tiring session of Kenpo X! It felt great to release some stress through all of the kicking, punching, jabbing, and blocking! Now that it’s getting a lot warmer outside our home has been somewhat warm inside recently (it’s not quite hot enough yet to cut the air conditioning on). I was literally soaked in sweat when I finished this P90X workout! It also flew by like usual!

I have pretty much come to the end of another great week of P90X! Tomorrow is X Stretch, and I’m going to try to fit it in, but I’m thinking I may not have time to do it. I’ve been putting off, and putting off finishing our taxes. I want to finally finish doing our taxes once and for all tomorrow. I’m not quite sure how long it’s going to take me to finish them.  My wife and I then have a family get together that we have to go to later on in the afternoon/evening.

Sunday is the start of the last week of the main P90X workouts (there is one last recovery week after that)!!! It’s so crazy how fast the P90X program has gone by! I’m really excited to see what my final results are!

Nutrition for today-

Breakfast: Bowl of Fiber One cereal and a protein shake.

Mid-Morning: Protein shake.

Lunch: Sliced Chicken sandwich with provolone cheese, and extra virgin olive oil dressing.

Mid-Afternoon: Protein shake and P90X Recovery drink after Kenpo X.

Dinner: I’m not sure what I’m eating for dinner! I may just make a PB & J (with natural peanut butter and sugar free jelly) since I’m on my own for dinner.

After-Dinner: Protein shake.
