Great job for getting through 60 days of P90X, and for committing to start the program over! There are a lot of people that never make it as far as you have, so you should still be proud of yourself! I wouldn't worry about the 3 week break too much! Things like that do happen (that's life), but what you do going forward is what matters! If I was in your situation, I would do the same thing and just start the program over. I also completely agree that I'm sure you're in better shape than when you started. I think that is a great plan to try to perfect your workouts and the diet. A lot people think they will get incredible results just by doing the workouts and continuing with their usual diet. They will still probably see some positive results from P90X, but not the kind of results if they had stuck with a clean, healthy diet. If you have any friends or family around you that are interested in P90X, you should try to get them to do the program with you and start at the same time. Doing this 2nd round of P90X with my wife has really helped me stick with it. She pushes me when I'm down, and I do the same thing for her. Don't ever hesitate to let me know if you have any questions or need advice, etc. Also, let me know we you re-start P90X! I look forward to hearing about your progress! Have an awesome day!

A little over two months ago, I came across your experience with P90X. Motivated by your experience with P90X, I began the program on April 12 and got up to the end of phase 2 (60 days). Unfortunately, during the week of my 2nd recovery week (prior to starting phase 3), my family and I traveled to see other family members that we have not seen in years. During that 3 week timeframe, I was never able to find the time to continue and eventually lost the motivation to keep going. Because of my absence and the time that has passed, I feel that it may be best for me for start over again from day 1. Hopefully I haven't lost too much ground, but even if I had, I'm sure I'm more in shape than I was on April 12th and my first week of P90X. If I could gain anything from this site, it is to perfect my workouts and diet this time around, hopefully through your experience and motivation. Any advice would be certainly welcome. Thanks for posting your detailed experience and know that it has been very helpful to those of us who are searching for motivation and answers regarding P90X.

Hooray, hooray, hooray. We finished this weekend and took our final pictures. So here are the final results: 23 lbs down and 19 inches lost overall. Amazing results and I feel awesome. We leave for Vegas in a few days for a much deserved break and then we begin Classic/insanity hybrid beginning July. We will definately keep pushing play. I still want to lose another 15-20 lbs and hubby wants to bulk up a bit. I will restart posting on your day one once we start up again. Enjoy the next few weeks.

Yea, kicking the soda for me was one of the hardest things. I absolutely love the taste of some good ole' Coca-Cola! I don't follow the P90X nutrition guide exactly as well, I just try to eat a high protein, high fiber diet and avoid the fried food.Stay safe in Afg. and we can't wait to see you when you get back!

Good to hear from you!!! I hope everything is going well!!Is the record log you're talking about in an excel file? If so, I think I have that, but I'd love to see what you've got since it might be different. You can email it to me here- jonathan@trek2befit.comThat's a great idea to convert them to mp4's so you have them on your computer and ipod. You can literally take the workouts anywhere you go! Sounds like you've gone through the whole program already? I finished my first round of P90X a little over 2 weeks ago. It kicked my butt, but I'm definitely in the best shape than I have ever been in before. I started another round of P90X last Sunday. Jenny is doing this round with me and it'll be her first time doing it.Again it is great hearing from you! Jenny and I both miss you. Take care!!
