P90X Results: Day 1 to Day 90 Pictures

I finally got a chance to take my day 90 pictures so I can see the progress I made with the P90X workout! I have to say that I’m extremely happy with my P90X results!

As far as my measurements from P90X day 56, I’ve lost another 4 pounds, I lost another 1/2 inch around my waist, and I lost another inch around my hips! Either tonight or tomorrow I’m going to re-take the fit test to see the improvements I’ve made since the start of P90X. I’ll hopefully be able post my fit test results tomorrow, and then I’ll probably put together a summary of my final P90X results, and then a review of the P90X program.

Below are my final P90X result pictures of day 1, day 28, day 56, and day 90. I also posted a separate picture below this one comparing just day 1 and day 90.

  1. MUY BUENO Senior. The defintion you got was amazing. The chest and abs look great. As well as your back.

    What was your starting/beginning weight? I know you said you were trying to add size. Also, I know you said you were unhappy with your leg strength. Did you see any significant improvement there?

      I did increase my measurements in my Chest a little bit but not in my arms sadly. I’ve lost all of the fat I think I can lose though. I started at 126, and now I’m 115 as crazy as that sounds (I can’t remember ever being that light). My arms, legs, back, & chest are pure muscle so I’ve got a great framework to build on for round 2 of P90X. I also lost 2 inches around my waist. I think this round I’m going to definitely have to increase my calories even more so I can build more muscle.

      I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my leg strength. I never really had any defined muscles in my legs (besides my calves), but now I do. I wish I would have taken some pics of just my legs. I’m retaking the Fit Test tonight so we’ll see how long I can hold the Wall Squat!

      • Very nice. Started my blog off today with a simple measurements post. Just finished ab ripper-x. Taking a few mins before I start on Chest and Back. Ab ripper really put a hurt on my hip flexors today. Leg feels fine though.

        • Just checked out your post. I wish I had biceps like you!!! Also I guess you’re a leftie like me!

          Good job though with Ab Ripper X! I’m nervous about Ab Ripper X since it feels like it’s been forever since I’ve done it. I’m sure I’ll be feeling it in my hip flexors as well. I’m glad you’re leg is still feeling good!

  2. DUDE. just gotta say. HUGE congrats on making it the full 90 days. I am still waiting for some calm time to jump back into it. Had a few days of bad eating, but I am still trying to keep things in check. I can tell I have maybe put on 1-2 more pounds possibly…so at least need to keep my nutrition in check. Haven’t really done any exercising in about 2 weeks now :(

    Are you going to go for Round 2? How is your physique compared to your Coast Guard buddies?

    • I appreciate it! Once you get back into P90X I’m sure you’ll burn that off pretty quickly. I hope everything starts calming down for you so you can get back into things.

      Yes, I’m starting Round 2 on Sunday. I’m extremely anxious to get back into the workouts!

  3. Great job! I have been following your progress as I am only about 4 weeks behind you. I just started week 10 today. I’m very impressed with your results. You obviously “brought it”.
