This Week’s P90X Insanity Workout Schedule
I hope you had an awesome weekend! I wanted to make a quick post to commit to this week’s workouts by telling the world my P90X workout schedule for this week. I finished my second round of P90X a little over two weeks ago, and I plan on doing a P90X Insanity hybrid next. These past few weeks have been absolutely crazy, so I haven’t been able to commit to starting the hybrid yet (probably won’t be awhile before I will be able to start). During the past few weeks, I’ve basically been doing an assortment of P90X & Insanity workouts. There have honestly been days though where I haven’t worked out at all, so I’m really anxious to start the hybrid so I will have a set program to follow daily.
Here is this week’s schedule of workouts that I’m going to do-
Monday: P90X Plyometrics
Tuesday: P90X Chest & Back, and ARX2 (Ab Ripper X 2)*
Wednesday: Insanity Pure Cardio
Thursday: P90X Legs & Back, and Insanity Cardio Abs
Friday: P90X Kenpo X
Saturday: P90X Shoulders & Arms, and Ab Ripper X
*I’m extremely excited to try out ARX2 also known as Ab Ripper X 2. This workout is basically part of the making of P90X MC2 (P90X Muscle Confusion 2, the next P90X !!!). I recently signed up for a P90X One on One subscription where I will get a new workout DVD by Tony Horton each month. During P90X One on One, Tony Horton will be testing new moves that will be part of P90X:MC2. Very exciting stuff!
So that’s my plan for the week! It can be very easy to skip workouts, to procrastinate, and to put working out at the bottom of your to do list. That’s why it’s so very important to have a plan of action, and to commit to that plan. One easy way to try to ensure you stick to your plan is to tell others what you are doing. Tell your spouse or good friend your plan for the week. Ask them to hold you accountable for doing those workouts. Post your workout schedule to your Facebook wall. Tell everyone your fitness plan for the week! You will definitely be more likely to do the workouts when the entire world knows what you are doing.

I subscribed to this monthly DVD (One on One) too and my 1st DVD is Ab Ripper X-2….Is there a worksheet that goes with this so I can keep track?
Thanks!
No, there unfortunately isn't a worksheet that goes with these workouts (at least not yet). I'll post them to my blog if that changes.
You could always just use Excel, Word, or even just a notebook to track your progress.
Keep up the hard work with P90X and P90X One on One!
i just got the insanity and my brother-in-law got me the p90x for christmas can i do both each day?
I’d highly recommend not doing that starting out. You’ll end up overworking yourself and potentially injuring yourself. In the beginning I’d recommend just picking one of the programs and going through the entire program. You leaning towards one or the other?
