P90X aka X Workout

The P90X workout, also known as the X Workout is a fitness program that is designed to get you into the best shape of your life in 90 days. The great thing about P90X is that there is no guess work on your part on what you should eat, what day should you do each workout, etc. There will be no more going to the gym and doing your usual workout, and hoping that you will see some kind of result. P90X is a complete workout program that will tell you exactly what you need to do to get your desired results.

Is the X workout only for people looking to build muscle? Absolutely not! The program comes with a Fitness Guide that tells you exactly what you need to do to lose weight and get lean, or to build muscle.
