Thanks for sharing this with us Sara! Are you on one of the fitness programs? If so, what do you have going on?

By the time dinner is ready to eat, it is very easy to eat small portions. I always am able to leave something on my plate!

I’ve never heard of anyone getting fat from eating too much fruit or from eating it at other times then just in the morning! :-) I think you’ll be fine.

From my personal experience, and from what I’ve seen, if you’re trying to build muscle then you can probably stand to have a protein shake or two each day. I personally eat 5-6 meals a day, and I’ll have Shakeology for one meal, and a protein shake for another one of my meals.

I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!

But, I heard that people who want to lose weight shouldn´t eat more than 2 pieces of fruits a day. And it should be in the morning too.. Also I wanted to ask about protein shakes. Trainers in gym told me that i don´t need to buy and eat this stuff because Im young enough and my body can produce enough proteins by itself (Im 20years old) Is it true??
I started my fitness journey only a month ago and I still have mess in all these rules.. :(
THX for the answer :)

That’s great advice Sally! No, I think it’s awesome that you gave a source on it.

I’m constantly drinking water, so it does help and fills you up! Have a GREAT weekend!

I don’t really have anything to add as far as suppressing appetite goes. However, I find that drinking a large glass of water before a meal helps me feeling satisfied sooner, and I end up eating less.

Some people frown upon doing so, but just to cite one source, Dr. Dukan, the high-protein diet doctor from France gives this advice to his patients and finds that to be very helpful.
