Yea I’ll have to check that one out. Lost 10 pounds? Holy cow, that’s awesome! Yea it’s crazy how so much of our problems are traced back to the processed foods. I usually will have a protein smoothie each day in the afternoon that will have frozen mixed berries or frozen strawberries and bananas.

How is P90X going for you Stephen?

You have to watch the documentary (fat, sick and nearly dead) when you have time. its available on netflix. it’s a good watch. I did the juicing for a couple of days and lost 10lbs, just by swapping out processed and unhealthy foods. When I have a good source of income again, I think I will try shakeology, and then put more time and focus on p90x.

I personally can’t stand the taste of it so I don’t drink it. I’m assuming it’s pretty highly processed stuff, but I could be wrong since I can’t remember the last time I looked at a V8 nutrition label.

What do you mean by juicing? Blending frozen fruit together and stuff like that?

I get the less salt variety and add a dash of sea salt to healthy it up a bit. Also what is everyones thoughts on juicing? Not to deviate, but i saw the documentary “fat sick and nearly dead” and it gave me a few ideas. Just a thought on trying to find a cheaper alternative ( not replacement) for shakeology.

Yea there is a lot of controversy and people with very strong opinions on whether it is better to eat the whole egg, or to just eat the egg whites. I’m really not sure if one way is better then the other. I personally will have 4 egg whites as part of my breakfast, but I will sometimes switch it up and have 2-3 whole eggs. As long as you’re working out and not over eating, I think you and I both will be fine.

Here in the UK, they cost about £1.80 for a bag and it’ll last you becuase you only have a hand full every day. I’m sure it’ll be about the same price in American and so on.
