Yeah, I started INSANITY in August 2013, just before the start of the FALL semester, my final semester of undergrad studies!! Well, as engineering classes go, I became busy and distracted with the work (homework, studies, etc), so I was unable to focus on the workouts to give them the effort. I chose to stop after 4 weeks. Now, I’m back in it, and digging deeper. I’m also employing the nutrition plan with Shakeology. This is day 5 for me, and I feel great! I have a ways to go, but this is a great start!

Even though you may consider those excuses,
i’m just glad to know that you’re human!
Whew! ‘Cause for a minute there…
I don’t see anything wrong with that at all! Nor do I see a need for you to apologize when that’s what humans do! Listen to your temporary coach! You’re back on track and that’s what counts right? My downtime has been a little longer than yours but I’ve learned about healthy eating and little things I can do to get exercise till I can get back on track.
Keep up the good work!

Sounds like our situations were pretty similar (except I have tv’s, but still made excuses :-)).

Time to drop the excuses for the both of us.

I’d say since you’ve stopped for 4 weeks, just start at day 1. I think it will just help you in the long run. Just do it brother and let us know how your first workout back goes!

Terre Haute? Where the heck is that place? JK. Had to ask since you said don’t ask! :-)

Let us know how your first T25 workout goes for you!

Since the start of June, I have been on the road a lot. I was in St. Louis, Las Vegas, Terre Haute (don’t ask) and then celebrating the 4th of July. I kept my workouts consistent, but my diet SUCKED. I start T25 today and plan on crushing it.

I was doing “Insanity” for a month and stopped at the beginning of the second month because I moved on my own and was very frustrating finding the right place. And now that I am by my self. I don’t have a tv, making it hard to start. But I know I can do something else mean wile that doesn’t require the dvds,I just started making excuses. I have a question though, since I stopped at the beginning of the second month, and its been around 4 weeks since. Would I need to start over again? Would it affect the results?
