I’ve lost a little more than an inch around my waist already, and about 3 lbs. Most of it was sedentary baby belly weight. The eating plan is incredibly easy to follow and paired with Shakeology, I’ve seen massive changes. I love it!!! I’m ready to start round 2!!! Feeling amazing, keeping at it!! Love this program.

I had left Friday at 6am and wanted to fit in my 5th workout but i didn’t get up in time. So when i got home yesterday i got that work out in. I was actually looking forward to it as I knew which workout it was. I feel like i have gone to the next level in terms of commitment and it feels great.

I can always work on my eating habits like adding more healthy items (veggies etc).

So when do you we all get to know the name of this amazing book?

My workouts have been slacking however. I reordered my p90x dvds since ive lost them in a move. Hopefully ill have them in the next few days to get on track.

That’s awesome Sara! Which brands of cheeses yogurts did you try? My wife loovves dairy but has been having issues lately with it.
