Sorry for the delay in getting back with you! Just got back from week long vacation with my wife…It was out first true vacation since our honeymoon so it was nice. We went on a cruise to the tropics. It was fun, but it was so hard to come back to the real world! :-)

Good job for doing one of the workouts! So you’re going to start another round right!?? :-) It is definitely tough to stick to working out when you’re working tons of hours at your job. I find myself getting consumed with working (drives my wife crazy), so there are times I have to step back and make sure I’m making time for myself. My wife and I are planning on getting back into a workout program here in the next few weeks. I think we are planning on starting Insanity.

Awesome job with the relay!!! That’s an awesome time and not shabby at all! Did you train for it or have been doing any running?

I’ve been working 70+ hours a week with my new job and in doing so have slacked off majorly in my workout commitments. I did my first P90X dvd in 3-4 months today and it kicked my ass. Chest and Shoulders was not a good choice to start with!.

I ran a relay marathon a few weekends ago. My leg was 6 miles and my time was 44 mins 1 second. Not too shabby in my opinion.

How are things going with you?
