I’m really glad my video and my other posts have helped! CONGRATS on your success so far with P90X! Losing 35 pounds is a huge accomplishment that you should really be proud of!

If you tracked your food, you will very likely get even more crazy results since you can really focus in on your nutrition and find out if there’s any spots you can improve

By the way, what day are you on with P90X?

I’ve been doing P90x and dropped 35 lbs but haven’t gotten into tracking my foods. This video along with your other posts (how many calories should I eat a day) are a huge help and motivator.
