Prior to that, I sprained my toe (3 weeks ago) and I could barely walk let alone work out. I was on and off since then. Can I restart the whole program from the beginning?

I just completed a half marathon last October and I wanted to challenge myself with something different! Plus I want to see muscles somewhere else besides my legs! I’m excited!

My only question to you is, i’m on week two. I already have a extremely physical job. Not having too much prob with any of the program, I do not follow their diet plan. I already eat probably 90% organic food’s and six to seven smaller meal’s a day. Just eating like this has been great, so much more energy. The P90 I do to round out my body. My upper body is very strong, my leg’s, not as much. Getting to my question, do I have to change my diet to what they recommend, or can I stick with what and how ive been eating? The only change I have made was adding recovery shake’s. Thank you for any help, I like your positivity, it’s very motivational!!!

I feel like I’m going to vomit food from 6 years ago everytime I do it. And it kills me. Everytime. What do I do

I just purchased P90X and am looking forward to getting started. I’ve watched all of you 5 videos. They were very helpful. I’ve joined Team Beachbody and calculated my calories for the day. (very helpful) I’ve been working out for a while now with very little results. So I have to find out what’s wrong. I think I’m not pushing myself hard enough. So here’s to amping it up a bit. I like the way you respond to everyone. Thanks for your helpful hints and tips. Here’s to a better me!!

I am on the third day of week 3 and wasn’t able to work out yesterday because of a fever/cold. I am starting to see some results in my stomach muscles, but that’s it. I figured I would at least see a little difference by now in my clothes. I was curious so I took my measurements again today to compare them to the ones prior to starting P90X and I my measurements have either not changed in certain areas or gotten a little bigger (1/2″ to 1″). I just dont understand. Since I am trying to keep myself motivated since I’m having little help from the fiance, it is getting harder especially seeing the results that I have at this point. I can’t follow the nutrition guide completely because but I stay as close as I can and I have also cut back on my portions. Any suggestions? I can really use some motivation right now.

Still waiting for it to come in the mail. I’m turning 50 and I’m about 100 lbs overweight. I really want to do this thing and eventually get ripped, but I’m afraid that I will end up getting hurt because I’m so f@#$ing fat. Is this really a good program for old fat dudes?

I have lost 12.5 lbs.from 187 to 174.5, I lost 2.75 inches of my waist, and gained 1/2 inch on both arms and chest. It has helped to motivate me seeing everyone else have the same challenges and triumphs. I still struggle with understanding the whole nutrition plan, but I keep working at it.Keep pushing play, and bringing it.
