I started doing it…but then I think my wife and I went on vacation, and a ton of stuff got in the way.

So I didn’t finish it, but what I did was fun and I enjoyed it. There is some overlap that is hard to avoid, but you can just rest if you need to.

Both of us had a decent amount of muscle before P90X and not a lot of fat to loose. But when we got Insanity, the best way to incorporate it into P90X is to replace the cardio workouts in P90 with the 1st month of Insanity workouts. So, if you’re doing Classic… instead of Plyo, Yoga X, and Cardio X/Kenpo X replace them with the first 3 Insanity workouts. You’ll see great results and keep your muscle. You may want to increase your lean protein just a bit and increase your weights in P90x. If you’re worried about losing muscle mass this should offset some of that loss. Happy workouts!
