So I just borrowed insanity from a friend and I start tomorrow! I’m definitely not in the best shape if my life for my age! I tried turbo fire but I could not stick to it! So I’m hoping insanity will kick my butt and help me lose weight and get healthy to beat diabetes!

I asked if he would sale me the workout and he said he would rather loan them to me. So is it ok to do this and still get free support from Beachbody?
I am a member of Beachbody by way of 10 min. workout and have purchased resistance bands from them. And did P90X for 3 years. Dropped from 242 to 205. Took time off for a mission trip and added back on 15 of those lbs. Thats when I offered to buy the Insanity workout to make a change in workouts. I have started and did the first week, but at 64 yrs. of age with Ateral Fib and being type 2 Diobetic, I hope to get to my goal of 185 by the end of the 60 days.
My main problem is my lower belly and upper thighs. The Fat there is like soft jelly. I can feel my muscles under the soft layer of fat and they feel real ferm. What must I do to get rid of this jello fat. My original goal was to have for once in my life a six pack stomach. But maybe I’am to old for that to happen. Thanks Jack

I had my second baby 5 months ago, and haven’t worked out much in almost a year, other than walking. I’m 38. Surprisingly, I was able to jump right in, and found the first week tough, but doable. I’ve worked out a lot in my life, so the feeling of working hard was familiar. The thing I like most is having a set schedule- it inspires me to work out so much more. I get up at 5:30 to work out- and i’m not a morning person! I’m looking forward to seeing results!!

She felt like it was just too much for her. We workout /do zumbs together weekly. I turned on the dvd started and quit on the workout. I left the DVD playing got back up and kept starting and stopping. I can do this but need motivation daily.my husband needs to lose about150lbs and I need to lose about 50.we are always so busy that we are exhausted, and to tired some days. This will be my 3rd day doing insanity but not in a row but a few days apart.my hubby hasn’t started yet i just don’t know how to get him motivated. We are also about to start juicing once a day.. Easy advice can you offer us? I list 15 lbs doing zumba but I want to get the rest down. It shouldn’t take 6 months to lost 50 pounds in my opinion although its hard. I easy pretty healthy usually, I’m pretty picky and i hate diets HELP any suggestions?

If you’re just getting back into fitness…Insanity may not be the best program to start with. Talk with your doc as far as the asthma goes.
