It went great! I didn’t track my measurements as accurately as I should have, but my weight did drop by about 10 pounds or so… And fast forward to today (2018), and I still intermittent fast almost daily. It almost forces you to eat less because I’m not eating until lunch time… so I’m basically skipping an entire meal, but I’m not starving or anything like that. It’s weird how it works.

Update on this intermittent fasting experiment coming soon (hopefully tomorrow).

My “full time” ab challenge was just a challenge I set for myself…I didn’t think about doing a group with others, but it’s something I’ll definitely consider since it’s a great idea.

So stay tuned! :-)

Interested to know how this is going for you in addition to your full time ab challenge by December 31st. Would love to participate in that challenge with you and depending on your results of this experiment, give it a try myself.

You’re right that calories in VS calories out still play a huge role in success. My pleasure, and I’ll keep you posted!

Not eating bf. Lite lunch , then dinner. I still think calories in vs calories burned has the greatest effect. Thanks for sharing, I can’t wait to see how it goes.
