I hurts in a good way ha I’m still not find of fiffer scissors or pulse ups, just gotta push. I’ve decided to keep kempo instead of substituting with an insanity vid. Its just more fun. I’ll just and in a run as well. I’m going to switch out plyo though. Yoga seems to take forever but it works ha overall, I’m still diggin this program!! Have a great week!!

Sounds like you’re back on track which is AWESOME! Just remember why you are doing P90X…think deeper then just trying to lose weight, to get toned, or to add muscle. How will getting into the best shape of your life make you feel? How will it change your life for the better? Write that out and keep it posted somewhere that you’ll see it every single day.

Still, very good cause i know im progressing. I hate it, but i love it.

Due to being so wasted i was lacking on motivation and i didnt want to do the workouts.
Good thing is im back on track, im not that tired and i’ve been trying to motivate myself with videos on the internet and people comments, so i think im good so far. I know i nedd to stay motivated cause the first time doing p90x i stopped by lack of motivation and i dont want that to happen again

I appreciate it! Sorry to hear that you had issues with your muscle again!! I know things like that can be very frustrating. You definitely did the right thing though in stopping so you don’t injure yourself. I’m sure your muscle will get better, it will just take time.

Ab Ripper X is brutal! Good job with that workout! Yea, I was very mad at myself for stopping during the Mason Twists, but my mind was definitely not with the workout.

About the lady on Chest and Back…lol!!!!! ;-)
