Good job though for getting your workouts done! For me, the Shoulder workouts were usually pretty tough. Sounds like getting a little more food in you would help with your energy level. Keep up the hard work!!!

Today was hard! 5am came way too quickly and I feel like I’m bonking~ will be having some rice tomorrow to hopefully bring up the energy level a bit. Will try and do a bit longer on the Yoga tomorrow morning.

Whoa!! You do need to become a Beachbody Coach then! I’ve gotten a lot of my friends to do it as well just by casually talking to them about it.

I know you said you decided not to sign up as a Beachbody Coach right now, but you should definitely consider going ahead and doing it so you can earn commissions from those referrals! It’s obviously totally up to you, but as you know now it’s pretty easy!

I should have signed up for an incentive program. I forgot how good of a salesmen I am. I already have had 4 friends purchase p90x and two more restart it up since I have been doing it…and only in 17 days.

Sounds like you’re doing a lot better with Ab Ripper X! Great job!! By the end of P90X we should be pros at that workout!

Good job on Shoulders & Arms too!!! Going into Shoulders and Arms that was the same thing I was thinking (I wanted to push really hard since it’ll be awhile before we work our arms & shoulders), but it ended up not being a great workout. I was pretty mad at myself. Usually I do well with that workout.

I’m sad to see it wind down too! Exactly…I’ve gotten pretty good at the exercises as well. I’m sure Tony Horton will make goofy jokes and sounds in the new P90X DVD’s too, but I understand what you mean!

I’m putting away around 2200 calories a day. My target is around 2160 so I’m pretty much there. There are days though when I know I’m not taking in enough calories (when I don’t drink my protein shakes like I should, etc.). My P90X Recovery drink finally came in yesterday so that will help out on days like that.

Fifer scissors still ales me. Though I able to push it to 20 before I couldnt get my legs up. Other than that it went pretty well. V-ups were a struggle as well. I had to pause at that part to finish my reps.

Sorry to hear that your shoulders and arms was not ideal. I pushed it as hard as I could since I won’t be using arms/shoulders for a few weeks now that our rotation is about to change. I felt really good about it. I didn’t add any weight, but I was able to add reps. Which I guess since I’m looking for lean that’s the way to go. I actually felt better today about my workout than most.

I’m kind of sad to see this week wind down. I had just gotten good at all the moves! Obviously it’s part of the program to keep you from doing that, but it still makes me sad! I’m going to miss Tony making the Pterodactyl sound.
