Good job with finishing your P90X workout yesterday!! My wife has actually been getting up for the past 2-3 weeks or so (maybe longer) at about 5AM to 5:30AM to do her workouts as well. She’s starting P90X Lean on Sunday (at least that’s the plan).

It’s going to happen! I’ll be the first to admit that I slip up from time to time as well. Just do your best this evening to avoid the cookies! :-) Homemade chocolate chip cookies are probably my favorite desert in the world! If we had some in the house I’d probably cave in as well. As hard as this might be, maybe you should bring the rest of the cookies to work and share them with your coworkers.

I’m spent!!! Decided to sleep in until 7am and work out tonight instead of the regular 5am wake up. Will get back at it tomorrow morning with hubby by my side. I have to admit that I caved last night and tonight and ate 3 cookies each night. Urgh!!! Just researched the nutrional information of these little pieces of heaven (homemade chocolate chip) and I won’t be indulging for a little while. At least I didn’t go above my calorie allotment for the day.

Alot of people dont realize that by eating before you go to a party it will keep you from overeating. I had to attend a party and I drank shakeology on my way to the party. The good thing is that the spread consisted of a lot of fruit which was perfect! Keep up the good work. I’m phase 3 week 1. So it’s the final stretch.

The x squats were rough near the end…and the walking pushups…ugh. I felt a lot of stuff in my arms and legs, usually not my “core”, but maybe its because my arms/legs need to be strengthened more for my core to get the brunt of it.
