Decided to really bring it and tried Plyometrics for the first time. All I can say is WOW!!!! Excellent intensity. Both hubby and I were impressed that we could bring it for most of the time. Definately would not have been possible 4 weeks ago. We’re planning on doing the plyo instead of core for this phase.

Mmmmmm..I was telling my wife the other day how much I miss Olive Garden. I LOVE their break sticks, and I always get the pizza to.

Sounds like you had almost the same meal I had at the Mexican restaurant my wife and I went to for Valentines day! I ended up eating more chips & salsa than I should have, and I had rice, re-fried beans, an enchilada, and a burrito. Not good for the P90X diet, but o well! It’s going to happen!

agreed…I suck at those too, and by the time we finish regular bicylcles..I am not ready for the reverses :)

Oh man, this weekend was ROUGH for me in diet.

Friday night – Olive Garden – 3 breadsticks, some salad, and 3 slices of achicken alfredo pizza. At least it was chicken right!!! :)

Saturday night – a sports bar…had a French Dip and some fries – oh god

Sunday Valentines Day … – Don Pablos…usually get queso…but we didn’t, ate plenty of chips with salsa. Got 2 enchiladas + 1 taco.

It wasn’t a cheat day, it was a cheat weekend LOL…but my weight still hasn’t changed :) so maybe damage wasn’t too severe.

YES! lol! I can never really do them in reverse. I always feel like an idiot when I try to do them in reverse!! Yesterday, I just said screw it, and I did them forward both times. I feel like I don’t get a good workout going in reverse because I screw it up so much!

It is really intense! My shoulders are already starting to feel sore. Yea, the first set of push ups were intense! It does feel great to get back into the weight lifting!

Sounds like you got a great workout! Also, I ate a ton of junk tonight at the Mexican restaurant, so I’ll have to burn it off tomorrow during Plyometrics!

From the get go with the 3 in 1 pushups I was pushing hard. That exercise destroyed me though. I was spent after doing that for the full duration. Good to get back to some weight lifting.
