The Legs portion of Legs & Back was always pretty tough for me. Overtime though, it got easier and easier since I was building up muscle in my legs. Just do your best, and you’ll get there! Great job for pushing through any discomfort and getting your workout done!!

I’ve done a little retrospect. I ate lunch about 45 mins later than normal and got off work an hour earlier. So maybe my body not having that extra 1h45m to digest/process the food initiated the purging.

Also, on your pull ups. They say the last few reps are where the muscle building is at, when you are tired. So even if you didnt do more reps, you probably did more work. I wouldn’t worry about that at all.

Wow! You really did push hard today! Great job!!

I even threw up my burrito that I had for lunch! But after some mouthwash I finished back up, still smiling!

lol! That’s hardcore dedication right there!!! :-)

I’m definitely going to go up to 20 lbs next time. I’m sure I won’t make it that far, but I’ll do my best. Congrats again for getting such a great P90X workout today!!

Not sure what it was, but something inside of me ticked to where I pushed really hard. I even threw up my burrito that I had for lunch! But after some mouthwash I finished back up, still smiling!

For the first tme I was able to get through all the wall sits without quitting or taking a break and the chair pose as well. I started off doing the lunges with 20lbs. I had to cut back though by the end of the exercises in order to assure correct form.
