Great job!! Yea, Kenpo X is such a fun workout. That’s actually a good idea to do it twice to get an even better workout. Eventually I’m going to buy weighted gloves to help step up the intensity. Also, I saw that they even sell light weights that you can strap around your ankles which would help step it up too.

Congrats for getting to week 3! I started getting anxious for the recovery week to be over with only a few days into it. But it did help recharge my body for what’s to come in p90x week 5! Great job and keep up the hard work!

I totally agree, you can channel so much negative energy through all the punches and stuff. Love it. I’m on week 3 and I dont really want to take the recovery week 4…I was doing P90X because I was a little bored with my regular workouts but I’m used to lifting 3-4 times a week so I dont really want to take this week off. I might just start on week 5 stuff and do it an extra week.
