I’ve never done Interval X before. Great job for pushing hard! Sounds like you both got a great workout!

It’s going great with my wife! Having her with me during the workouts makes me want to push harder. If I start slacking off, she won’t hold back in telling me! It also just makes the workouts more enjoyable. My wife is the same way with the carbs. She’s been trying to avoid them at all costs. She’s also a lot more stricter than I am about the calorie counting as well.

Again quite the workout! We both really brought it and were dripping in sweat. We love pushing each other to stick it out or do more reps. Wondering how it’s going with your wife. Any different than doing it by yourself? Am really focusing on eating enough and getting over that fear of carbs. I think that women struggle more with bread/carbs than men do so that whole aspect of the Phase 2 has been hard.I haven’t been able to bring myself to add all of the carbs suggested but some have been eaten.

At least you got a great workout Saturday night!! Sounds like you are really pushing so good job!! I wish I would have gotten a better workout yesterday, but it’s totally my fault for not eating enough. My chest and arms are a little sore though so that’s good.

Yea, I think taking the week off is a good idea to let your body fight the bug. Sorry to hear that it’s that bad!! I hope you get better soon!

For the leg climbs, I just don’t usually go straight to my shins, rather I touch my legs a few times to get to my shin. Also, by the time I get to the leg climbs my abs are pretty wore out.

Saturday night I did a ton of extra workouts on my arms. pull ups/pushups/curls/planks/chair dips. i felt great!

Then Sunday…I woke up. And I still had a DVD to do! And everything was sore! I tried to do the entire dvd anyways. And my numbers were hurt because of trying to Rambo it. Lesson learned. Time to rock out Plyo. Il keep you posted.

I thin 650 is all i had in 24 hours. Had a nasty stomach bug had me thowing up all night. Muscles aching, etc… might just. Take the week off. Think working out has hurt my immune system or something. Been sick quite a bit.

Surprised as the leg climbs. Those are by far the easiest ones for me. Probably do about 15 per side. Cant imagine i am doing them wrong.
