That sounds like a great option for people with limited time. Is that Yoga DVD in volume 1 or volume 2 of Tony one-on-one? I’d love to check it out.

That’s great to hear that you’re feeling much better. I hope that you continue to get better and better each day! I think you’re doing exactly what you should do. You’ve got to take it somewhat easy so you can let your body recover and get better. As Tony Horton says, “modify, modify, modify!” Great job for your continued commitment to the program!!!

It’s 45min and much more bereable for the man. I’m relieved that I’m able to walk today and it’s much better than yesterday so I’m definately on the road to recovery. I avoided all exercises where I had to lay on my back but still feel like I got a good workout. Relieved that I only missed one workout~my plan is to do a doubles one day next week during Rest week to make it up. Thanks for the continued support.
