Thanks for the advice I feel better now. it was my first day at 2100 calories and omg sooo much food. im deffinitly full. I dont think i could cheat if I wanted to.

It’s not the weight loss that matters, it’s the inches! :-) Have you re-taken your measurements to see where you’re at? Also, what day are you on now?

The calculators aren’t perfect since we all have different metabolisms, body types, etc. etc. So if you’re feeling hungry, then you likely do need more calories. 2,100 is fine. Just stick with that number for at least 2 weeks and then see where you’re at so you know if need to go up or down with your calories.

Also remember Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither was your body! It takes time so you have to be patient. I hope that helps! Let us know what you end up doing and how things go! BRING IT!

I still have only lost a lb which is fine I’m not in this to lose a crap load of weight. At first the meal plan via beachbody says I should be eating around 2400 calories (holy s*** thats alot) so I looked around some blogs and boards and alot of women coaches were saying that its alot for a female and we should be around 17-1800. so I switched up my intake to that a few weeks ago. well I now feel myself temtped to snack more through out the day and not on healthy things eaither ( obv a sign I should go up in calories??) but how much do I do with out it being too much, I was thinking 2100? I am pretty busy chasing around 2 toddlers all day at work for 12 hours. I know this is stilla new program for me and changes ( so ive read) dont happen to women till around week 10. I just feel like im seing nothing happen. HELP before I totally give up on this out of frustration.
