That is really good to hear that you’re pain free and that your sciatic nerve hasn’t been bothering you. Good job for stepping it up and doing some extra ab workouts! It seems like P90X is flying by for you two! Before you know it you’ll be P90X graduates! Keep up all of the great work! Let me know if you cut back the carbs and let me know how that goes.

Quite the thrill to get “some air” on the plyo push ups. Crazy! Still have a mental block on completing the clap but it’s getting there. Have avoided all running and ab work since I irritated my sciatic but will make up for the abs this week during rest week. I’m pretty much pain free as of today so this rest week should be good and then we’re back at it until the end. We’ve been thinking of cutting back on the carbs to the phase 1 level to keep the momentum going. We’ll see how it goes.
