I can’t remember the last time I’ve run more than 1.5 miles! I’ve always been a pretty bad runner and lacked the endurance to go far.

LOL! That’s true! I guess if you have an incentive to keep you going it’s a little bit easier!

34 minutes…that’s an 8.5 minute mile. That seems pretty good! Good job!!

It tests your metal thats for sure. I havent ran 4 miles in years, so it was going to be hard regardless. At least there was incentive every half mile in the form of free alcohol to keep pushing me. I finished in 29 minutes, 32 seconds.

No problem, I totally understand!!

I appreciate it! I’m still not 100% sure what I’m going to do after this first round of P90X. I’m almost positive that I’m going to go ahead an do another round, but I not sure if I am going to combine Insanity with P90X, combine P90X Classic with P90X Plus, or just do P90X Classic again…

That’s funny! That does sound like fun! My stomach if pretty weak though so I’m not sure I could hold that down and then run 4 miles! Sounds like it was a blast!

I’ve been trying to ween myself off the internet as a lifestyle change and forget to comment.

I looked at your pics and noticed a ton f improvement for you. Your triceps look like a vast improvement. Congrats on the progress. Have you been making plans for post 90 days? I feel like im just going to repeat phase 3 a few times after it’s over.

Story for you. Signed up for a 4 mile fun run yesterday morning. There’s a huge festival event here in KC called the snake events. Image the stands where runners go by and people hand them cups of water. Those stands existed, except in the cups there were jell shots and beer. It was a blast. Everyone was drinking before the run and having a good time. It rocks you taking a strong jello shot full stride!
