My computer usuage stemmed from letting my inner nerd shine through and playing World of Warcraft way too much. The game is like crack, I never expected to get addicted to it and never thought it’d be hard to not play.

I just realized I had a soda next to me. Throwing it away after I type this. I only drank a few sips!

Congrats on your progress! Following the diet is key to really start burning fat and to see results, but it’s one of the hardest things to change. Prior to P90X I really struggled with maintaining a diet, but eventually I got the hang of it.

Good job for getting a great workout yesterday! I wish I had shoulders as strong as a herd of oxen!! Exactly…no pain, no gain!!

Oh yea…I’ve decided to cut back my internet usage as well. I work on a computer & internet all day, and I used to spend most of the evenings on the internet as well. Recently, I’ve been getting off the computer right before dinner time, and I’ll just stay off the computer until the following day. That has really helped me accomplish more in the evenings! Thanks for the inspiration for doing that!

I see alot of definition in places compared to normal. I dont have the good shots like you, due to having no one to take my pics for me! I’m fairly impressed though. The gut is the thing that still needs to go, and it’s obvious why it hasnt. Lack of diet. So, I will cut out some foods/drinks for this last month and hope it makes a substanccial difference. If I can figure out how to upload them somehwere I can link them for you. As of now i just have an email.

Today went great! I felt the needed burn everywhere. I think you had the opposite problems as me. My shoulders are strong as a herd of oxen, but my concentration curls towards the end ripped my arms apart it felt like. No pain, no gain right?
