My nephew came down for some comic relief while I was working out. He can’t bench a wet paper towel. So it basically consisted of me lifting the weights for him. I got about 40 extra curls lifting weights. And about 40 tricep extensions lifting him on the pull up bar.

I agree!!! The 3-in-1 slow push ups are hard enough! The bonus killed me too!!

By the way my shoulders are killing me today (sore from yesterday)! Hopefully I’ll have shoulders as strong as a herd of oxen (like yours :-)) by the end of P90X!!
