I already ripped it up today. My arms are soggy. I went to eat and lifting for fork to my mouth took everything I had. So far phase 3. Started at 225 lbs, now at 218.5 lbs. Shooting for 210 range by the time its over.

Is her form really bad?!? I try to ignore her so I haven’t noticed. That figures though! I’ll watch her next time!

Today the bicep curls were killing me (in a good way)!! My forearms were also getting a good workout because they were throbbing by the end of the workout.

I know that if it wasnt for your blog. I probably would have quit p90x a long time ago. Something about knowing there’s another guy going through the same struggle and was able to do it, made me know I could do it as well. Plus, right or wrong, I figured me commenting helped you out some too. Basically, I fed off your energy to keep me going when I was struggling. Thanks for that.

And I noticed devil lady had terrible form on half of her exercises! That’s why she is able to do so many! Watch her on the in and out hammer curls.

The lawnmower lower concentration curls still rock my left arm. I feel so weak with that motion. Rep wise I was similiar as well. I expected it though. Where are you uploading your pics?
