I understand completely! When the weather is gorgeous I just want to be outside enjoying the weather or relaxing in a pool! I agree with you and think skipping today’s workout isn’t a big deal since you’re running a race.

By the way, how did the race go?

You should definitely run a half marathon! My wife ran 1 half marathon a few years ago and she got hooked on it. She runs at least 1 or 2 each year now. Great job with your workouts! I hope you had a great weekend!!

The weather here is awesome. The canadian winters are so long and now it’s almost too hot! Hard to find motivation to work out when all you want to do is sleep or play with the kids in the pool. Today is race day so I might skip today’s workout and count my 10km instead. Don’t think that it’s too much of a cheat. Can’t believe that we only have 3 more weeks to go.. Am thinking of training for a half marathon during the summer with a bit of P90 weights and then start round 2 in Sept. Have a great weekend.

Yea I think the workouts are from 40 to 60 minutes long like P90X but focused on cardio.

I’m going to redo phase 3 at least once. I might also do some marathon training with a friend. He keeps trying to convince me to do it. My cardio is way to weak right now for it, but it’s something that’s a goal. And sometimes a goal is all you need.
