If you think the workout would have injured your ankle more, than I think it’s smart that you skipped it!

I hope it’s better today too so you can do Legs & Back! You could always modify some of the exercises or just do the Back exercises if your ankle still is still sore.

I skipped the workout because I didn’t want to put any stress on my ankle. Hopefully it feels fine today so I can do Legs and Back. I can’t skip two days in a row :(
