I’ve really enjoyed doing it! Congrats on just starting P90X! It’s going to be tough the first few weeks, but just do you best! Keep me updated on your progress!

I just started the program and I already am so sore. I’ve “completed” the first 2 days. Well, kind of completed Day 2. I reached total exhaustion with 8 minutes left. Thanks again.

Got it! I guess on the bright side you didn’t lose much since you only paid $10 for it.

Nice! I wish I enjoyed running enough to do that! My wife loves to run, and a few of my other buddies really enjoy running too. That’s awesome that the weather has been so nice there! It’s been really nice here too. I think I heard that on Sunday it’s supposed to be 80 degrees (it’s going to feel more like summer)! Today it was 70 degrees and it was a perfect temp. I’m going to try to make some time to enjoy the weather this weekend!

It was one I got from a friend. No clue where he got it, it was sturdy…I was shocked it happened. I bought it off him for 10 bucks since he never used it. Hopefully I can make time to buy one in the next couple of days.

I also rocked out a nice 2 mile run after I got done with the workout. It was so nice out today. Thank God, literally, it decided to stop being cold and nasty up here.

Good! I was just about to ask how you’re ankle was doing! I’m glad it’s getting better. Where did you buy your pull up bar?

Ouch!! Yea using the door frame sounds painful, but good job for sucking it up and getting it done!

Yea Ab Ripper was painful today. I was struggling to keep my legs up. I find myself holding my breath during those too sometimes. Good job today! I can’t believe tomorrow is Friday!!

Once I got it loosened up everything went smooth it seemed. I need to purchase a new pull up bar. The one I had broke! Not sure what happened. All of a sudden after 75 days the it just cracked in the middle during a set of reverse grips. I just used the door frame to finish up, but that was rough on the hands.

Ab ripper was tough for me as well. I think this is the hardest section just because it uses alot of muscles in the legs. Sadly, my leg did hit the ground during fifer scissors. But i just grunted, lifted it, and finished up the last 6. I held my breath way too much during those reps.
