It’s going well so far and I’m really enjoying it. Managed to do pretty much every rep to match them on abs ripper today aswell so I’m so happy. Love those mason twists :D! Me and my housemate are being each others motivaters to get through the 90 days and we’ve managed to convince her mom to join us today and she got through the first set of chest and back but had to stop after that. The living room is a bit crowded now… Anyway thought I’d stop by and join in.

Life got hectic (family came to town, huge exam for rt boards and not so health conscious meals) I lost track of my workouts ha I had been throwing in insanity workouts to save time. So I’m going to finish out the week with insanity and throw in an X workout and restart on monday. I don’t want to forget which day I’m on ha Today was Max Cardio and P90x’s chest and back. Now I’ve gotta get my nutrition back in check. Haaha

Man, I really felt that workout. Having my numbers on record from day 1 helped me really push to do 1-2 extra reps. I’m really excited to be exercising again.
There’s a guy I work with who lifts weights at a gym who doesn’t believe in the potential progress of home fitness, and especially the potential of P90X. Sure he’s built, but he takes literally a handful of pills everyday – I asked him about what he takes, he actually takes a pill just to protect his liver from the rest of them! I’ll be showing him true, natural results in just a matter of weeks.
It’s about time to finish the day strong with Ab Ripper X and put another big red X over Day 8 on the calendar!

No problem! Being excited about what you’re doing is a GOOD thing! P90X does an incredible job making sure things are always switching up. As soon as you get kind of used to the workouts….BAM! Month 2 rolls around and everything switches up! :-)

By: Edy https://trek2befit.com/p90x-day-8-completed-chest-and-back-ab-ripper-x/comment-page-1#comment-39388 Tue, 06 Dec 2011 02:57:27 +0000 http://trek2befit.com/?p=357#comment-39388 This day was incredible if the no-plateau-program works like I have seen today i’m pretty sure i’ll have amazing results. it went like this: first day I totally forgot about the worksheets but I do remember the standard pushups to be the highest on reps with 11 and the diamond,pushups the lowest with 1 on first round and nothing on second, bomber dives 2 in first round and 0 on second round and the pullups almost all of them between 4 and 8.
now, as far as today I found it awesomw to be able to do 15 standard pushups, 7 diamond pushups and 9 bombers dives on first round and second round I manage to keep all pullups around 10 and 5 diamond pushups, my biggest score 6 bomber dives at the end of the workout. That felt really great and drive my motivation over in the sky. If after 1 week I can get this results, I cannot do anything but wonder what am I gonna be able to do after completing the 90 days.
other things apart, maybe its just me but I see im more toned, not much but a little bit, even after rest day I feel my arms and chest a little bit hard from the workout as my soreness didnt go away completely. Still is great to feel and see myself that good in so short time.

I took advice of your nutrition and have gone beyond what I had planned and had cereal with banana and apple and fat free milk, at lunch had a tuna sandwich on wheat bread tomato and lettuce with limonade. mid afternoon had a shake two hours before workout and as usual had my recovery drink after. I’m celebrating 9 months with my gf so im going out to dinner, I know is 10 pm but my girl is gonna kill me if I dont eat something jaja some im gonna have a little salad.

I will update tomorrow when I see my results with plyo jaja. See ya buddy. Thanks for your support again.
