That is crazy!!! O how time has flown by! You’re pretty much at the finish line!

You’re weekend sounded like the exact same weekend my wife and I had a few weeks ago. I was a Groomsmen so it was a weekend full of festivities…lots and lots of food, and lots and lots to drink. That is definitely a good thing if you’re craving water and salad! lol!

My wife and I are re-doing a workout that we tried to do the day after the wedding (we were both exhausted and out of it, and we ended up only giving about 50% effort). Good job for committing to make up the workouts you missed!!! Keep up the great work and I’ll see you at the finish line!! :-)

How crazy is that? We had a wedding this weekend and truly indulged! It was great to take a short break from it all. 2 days of no workouts, food and drink, and drink and drink. Crazy times! The good news for us is that after 2 days, we couldn’t be paid to continue eating and drinking. We were craving salad and water. How things have changed. We’re back at it and have 2 workouts to make up. Planning a double tomorrow and replacing a yoga next week.

That’s a good idea with the ACDC music playing! Music really helps me get in the zone and gets me pumped up and excited as well. And since we’ve been doing P90X for a while now we probably don’t need to hear Tony Horton as much. I’ll also make sure to avoid Chinese food before Ab Ripper X! :-)

Great job for getting an awesome workout! LOL…..that’s funny what you said about shaking hands! Congrats on your interview for a promotion. Let me know how it goes! As long as you feel like you pushed yourself as hard as you could, I’m sure you got a great workout. You might be able to be in one of those “hot bod” commercials when you’re done round 2 of P90X!!! :-) Or maybe even in a P90X infomercial!! Now that would be really awesome!!

Two tips for today. One, dont eat a bunch of chinese food before ab ripper X. It’s just bad news bears. Two, ACDC cranking out on my stereo really made me work harder…I forgot how in the zone music gets me. I’ve been without for so long listening to Tony. I know all the exercises by now so it’s not really neccessary.

With that being said, I ripped myself today. I can tell I’m going to be feeling it bad tommorow. I also have an interview tommorow for a promotion. Hopefully I shake hands without grimacing! I didnt see much progress from day 66. Which is disheartening, but in reality, if every little goal I was trying to accomplish by now was met. I’d be selling my body on one of those “Hot Bod” commercials. I’ll just have to wait for round 2 before they start beating down my door.!
