Good idea! You don’t want to lose your guns! I’m glad your leg is feeling better! I hope it continues to get better and better.

A 15 pound weight loss and the other improvements you’ve seen are great accomplishments so you should be proud of yourself (I’m definitely proud of what you’ve done)! We’ll both kick some butt round 2 of P90X and we’ll be in the next P90X infomercials! :-)

I thought about it a bit last night and I’m going to throw in bicep curls as well. Can’t neglect those and I can do them sitting down. My leg feels a ton better today…just gotta keep lightly stretching it and stay off of it and hopefully 2 weeks will be the cure.

I’ll have to figure out what’s wrong with that link when I get home. My biceps are my pride and joy…they make the ladies swoon.

Also, While I wish I saw more results, the only person to blame is myself. Maybe I’ll be a little more strict on the diet in round 2. I’m happy with a loss of 15 lbs, quite a bit of muscle gain, and overall increase in stamina. No 6 pack, but no buddha belly anymore as well.

You’ve definitely got to get your sleep so you can be productive so I understand! Sounds like you’re staying super busy! Don’t feel like a failure! You’ve made it really far, and it’s just a matter of time when your schedule settles back down & gets back to normal so you can jump back into P90X. Just don’t forget all that you’ve accomplished so far! Let me know when you get back into the program.

Thanks again! I’m excited to see my final 90 day pics too! I think there will be a pretty big change especially when you compare day 1 to today.

No, they all worked with the exception of the bicep shot. Your before picture was pretty funny! You calves & triceps look great! You could really see your tricep popping out! You’ve got some diamonds there!! Great job!

You got through the program and you’ve made some great improvements so that’s all that matters! You can start fresh during P90X round 2 and you could give up something that you didn’t before.

Great job again…I also expect to see you here in a few weeks (or when your leg heals) letting me know how P90X round 2 is going! :-)

Keep up with all of the push ups & pull ups too for maintenance!

Me…well the last 2 weeks have been a giant whirlpool time suck for me. Unless I “want” only 4-5 hours of sleep a night…working out had to take a quick side step..and even then 5 hours is what I am getting. My full time job is eating my time up until almost 8pm at night, then freelance after that…sometimes 2:30am I go to bed…get up at 7:45 and repeat. I feel like such a failure with P90x compared to you.

When I kick back into it, I will restart Week 7. Last time I restarted Week 6, then got through it..then 1 day of Week 7..then hit my time wall.

anyways..congrats man, can’t wait to see the 90 day pics. Do you think you look a ton better?

Mine arent as nice as yours due to the lack of camera/camera man. That and I lost my day 1 photos. But thats where I ended. Makes me sad to know how much better it would have been if I followed the died. Too much beer, not enough healthy. Let me know if those links dont work for you.
