It feels like a much harder workout than when doing Insanity alone.

Not sure what you mean by that. Please expand a bit by what you mean.

I have been trying to incorporate the WW point system with the Insanity meal plan and will know better tomorrow how that’s working out when I weigh in. I will definitely let you know! (Thank the LORD for the creation of Recovery Drink! haha!)

Congrats Allison!!! Way to go! You may not be taking in enough calories to support the workouts you’re doing. I’m not sure how WW is laid out so I can’t help you there, but sounds like you need more calories. Keep us updated on your results!

I have a question. I am on Weight Watchers and am finding my appetite has been ferocious since I started doing the Hybrid. Is that a normal thing?

I’m sure it could be done! I’ve haven’t done Insanity Asylum so I would have no clue how to work that in.

Great advice!

I like the way they’re made for agility training, but p90x is too good to lose.

If it helps, you could do it using the doubles approach, and I don’t care about ab workouts.

Here’s a secret I’m going to share with everyone. Everyone has abs, they’re just covered by a layer of fat, cut to about 8% bodyfat and you will see them.

As long as you eat plenty of calories during Insanity, you won’t lose any weight. So you won’t gain a ton of size since it’s a cardio based program and the only weight your using is your body weight, but you’ll definitely get awesome results if you stick with it. So just do it! :-) Let us know when you start!
