Yo YOOOO! :-) Not much buddy..Pumped up to get my day started! CONGRATS for finishing Asylum!!! I know Asylum is an incredibly tough program so way to dig deep and to just finish it! That says a lot about your dedication and commitment to staying fit and healthy. Yea I’m so very excited about P90X MC2 as well.

Just wanted to tell you that I finished The Asylum; and I got great results… But it wasn’t easy. The hardest 30 days of my life, but I’m so pleased and exited with the results.
