Is it better for the body to work out before bed or should I do it first thing in the morning.

Breakfast: oat so simple and grapes
Snacks: cheese string
Lunch: salmon, hard boiled eggs and whole meal bread
Snacks: fruit smoothie (as a post workout snack) and tuna
Dinner: chicken, brussels sprouts, rubber beans, cabbage, sweet potatoe.

I don’t have enough protein, I have the exact amount of fat and I can’t have anymore, but I only have 5grams left of carbs, but I have about 70grams of protein left, but I feel like I’ve eaten healthy and I can’t see what more I can do, I also have only eaten about 1500 calories so I have about 300 calories left.

Surely just eating healthy would be enough without cutting down fat and carbs, because I’ve been told that low carb diets just cause you to lose muscle and water and that you need a lot of fat. I find it really hard to get enough calories as well and I feel like the calories I’ve been give is too much. I’m a fourteen year old female who is 5ft 2, and I don’t see myself losing significant weight at 1800 caloties a day. Help.

That’s cool! You have to do whatever works for you. It isn’t the end all be all, but recommended for people just starting out.
