I finished the whole thing of plyo although I took a thirty minute break half way through the video. I had the smart idea to eat some almonds before, well you know how that turned out lol. I finished the whole video though, but I don’t feel two sore is that bad?

The rock star jumps really hurt because my lower abs are super sore from all the other training. I did about half as many as the group did.

My pleasure buddy! Yea just keep doing your best and forget the rest! You don’t need to extend Phase 1. Just know that you’ll get better as you stick with it!

I feel a bit down, since I’m still having trouble keeping up with Tony and the others. Every time I push myself, my heart rate just gets too high so I have to stop and take a break. Each stop is like a shot to my pride. I’m wondering if I should extend phase 1 by a week or two. Maybe this can give more time to minimize stoppages.

Your post is very well taken. I have to keep going and not give up, no matter what. Thank you.

I am just off 63 days of Insanity, so had no issue staying up with Tony during the session. I was in a false sense of security due my heart rate being so much lower than with Insanity. I was almost disappointed not to have my heart rate monitor beeping at my 181 max heart rate (yes I am 39). Today I was lucky if it hit 170 on one or two occasions. Anyway I can barely walk now about 3 hours later. I am not looking forward to tomorrow. Poly is by no means as hard as Insanity however, Poly is way deeper on the burn…. Bring It!
