I really loved this…but guess what? I am lactose intolerant = ( I get major bloating and gas issues when using anything with WHEY protein in it. Thank God that Shakeology has the dairy free version! Even thought the Tropical strawberry doesn’t taste near as good as the choco.

Please…tell me what other alternatives are out there for lactost intolerant people in regards to the p90x Results and Recovery post workout drink?? Help!

Never used it so I can’t say. As long as you are sticking with the nutrition, and giving 100% to the workouts, you don’t have to have the recovery drink. It just helps give you an edge…by helping you to recover faster, and build muscle.
