I’m starting P90X on March 15th and I can’t wait to see some amazing results. I’ve still got a long way in my fitness journey, but I think I’ll see some progress through the 90 days, and who knows-maybe I won’t stop with the first go of P90X. I can definitely see more definition in your abs and your waist seems to have thinned out a lot. Can’t wait to see how your 60 day pics look. Keep up the good work!

Have you considered taking more then just those few pictures? Example, I am taking pictures every 7 days because I want to do a time lapse video when its all said and done with each picture overlayed ontop of another.

I lost my day 1 pictures! I know that they were on my laptop, but I cant seem to find the files. Guess I’ll just have to wait til day 60 to compare to day 30.

Thanks! I lost an inch around my waist too.

I was just slouching and not standing up straight. Prior to P90X I had a really bad habit of just slouching over instead of standing up straight (I was just lazy!). Also when sitting at a desk all day I tend to slouch too so I’ve been working on that as well. The stretching with P90X and the Yoga has really helped out a lot.

In the first set..3rd picture, are you leaning? I can’t tell if you are misaligned (aka, need to see a chiropractor) or if you are just favoring one foot over another.

The same recent picture looks better, but your left hip is higher then your right. Not sure if you have ever gone to a chiropractor, but maybe consider it. It really is good to have your whole body is alignment. Helps prevent injuries and maintain/gain strength as well.
