No problem!! Thanks for the kind words!

Congrats on all of your results so far! Keep it up, because you’re stamina will continue to get better and better. Doesn’t it feel good to be flexible!?! P90X really helped my flexibility as well. The key to bulking up is heavier weight/lower reps and LOTS of healthy food! I’ve actually had a hard time eating enough food to bulk up so we’ll see what kind of results I get during this round of P90X.

lol! Yea, I think you’re right about her talking more than anyone else. I think she just likes to hear herself talk. It was nice having a break from her during Phase 1 of P90X! :-)

Oh man you’re right!
I totally didn’t even see that last week tucked down there on the last page of the schedule. I would have totally skipped that. Thanks for clearing that up.

So far the results have been good. I have different goals from most people, I’m naturally very thin so while I have been getting pretty cut, I think I’ll have to do some kind of bulk afterwards. The real difference is in the way I feel. I have a ton more stamina than before and I actually feel flexible for the first time in my life, it’s great. I saw your before and afters, AMAZING results! Great job.

P.S. I whole-heartedly agree that the girl, Katie is annoying too. I don’t know what it is either. I think she may exaggerate a bit when she exercises. Plus she opens her mouth more than probably anyone else. Maybe thats it!?

Thanks Bill! Great job for sticking with the program! What kind of results have you seen from P90X so far?

Also, it’s actually 91 days long…you may have missed a few days when you counted. If you look at the P90X Phases document (can be downloaded by clicking here), you’ll notice that it’s 13 weeks long, which is 91 days. It’s 13 weeks no matter what version you do (Lean, Classic or Doubles).

Don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions! Keep up the great work and I look forward to hearing about your final P90X results!

I started p90x in March and have kind of been following along with your days. I have 2-3 weeks left but I’ve noticed p90x is not really 90 days, it’s actually 86 days in total. Are you supposed to stop when you finish that last Rest or Stretch day or just keep going until the actual 90th day? Just curious what you’ve done.

That’s good!! As far as the Dive Bomber push-up you go down like you’re going under a fence, and then you go down and come back from under the fence…hopefully that makes some sense! It’s hard to describe!!

Oddly enough, they are a little tender but not sore(if that makes any sense.) I heal quickly, what can I say!

I couldnt remember exactly how to do the dive bomber pushups :(. Like, going forward was easy. But do I dip back through or raise up? I couldn’t remember. So I dipped back through.

That’s weird about the CD. I wonder how your chest & back are feeling today! :-) My chest and back are still sore from the workout on Sunday!!

Your Diamond Push Up and Dive Bomber Push up reps look like mine! By the time I get to those exercises my arms are usually pretty exhausted. Great job for not letting the CD get in your way of doing your P90X workout!! I think your blog looks good. Maybe add a picture of you in your About Me section?

Oh and, I definitely saw a decrease in fitness restarting as well. Even with doing a little matienence. I’m sure if you look at your day 1 numbers for round 2, and your day 1 numbers for round one – there is a HUGE improvement.

So don’t sweat it. Keep on trucking!

Amazingly I think not having the video really effected my mentality. The CD looks perfectly fine, still can’t explain why it doesnt work.

Anyways. Check out my entry. Tell me what you think, What I should improve on for the blog. http://ipushthelimits.blogspot.com/
