Good job! Sounds like you’ve got your schedule down! Also, congrats on improving your scores with the Navy PRT! That is definitely a big improvement especially only after 2 weeks of P90X!!! Just think what you’ll be able to accomplish after the full 90 days of P90X?!?

Keep up the great work!!

Essentially, the first two days, I workout before work, then on Wed. I split the main workout and ab ripper between morning and evening. Thurs, Fri., and Sat. I do the entire workout after work, then x-stretch after church on Sunday.

Great news! After only two weeks of P90X, I ran the Navy’s PRT, and improved my scores from 55 situps, 40 pushups, 13:15 1.5 mile, pre-P90X, to 71 situps, 45 pushups, 12:28 1.5 mile!

You’re right, we don’t have much room at all! We’re actually able to do about 2 lunges and then we have to turn around (if we go towards the side of the house versus going towards the back of the house). We live in a townhouse so it’s pretty tight. We just have to improvise sometimes.

I agree! Plyo is the mother of all workouts! :-)

Wow! Great results! Keep up the hard work and keep me updated on your progress!

Plyometrics is definitely the mother of all workouts. I’m only just starting. Round 1 week 3. Doing the classic. I’ve lost nearly 15 lbs since starting. Its an intense workout. I hate it, but I love it!
