So your chest is sore after all!! That’s great! I’m still pretty bummed about getting a crappy workout on Sunday (the Chest, Shoulders & Triceps P90X workout)..but I just finished a great session of Biceps and Back. My forearms and biceps are dead (it hurts to type)!

Thanks! I agree that the one-arm push ups take a huge amount of balance (it’s a very awkward move).

Congrats for dropping 3 more pounds! You’re making great progress so keep up the momentum!

I went to lift my arms to the steering wheel and realized they didnt hurt at all….but the sides of my pecs are so f’n sore…so much for my concern with the chest not getting a workout.

Congrats on your first one armed pushup. It requires alot of balance as well. I think the stabilization makes them so much harder than the actual strength requirements. I can knock out two with the right arm, but only one with the left(non knees).

I’ve dropped 3 more lbs in the last few weeks. So that’s fairly exciting. Seems with every pound I drop, the exercises become less difficult. I guess moving the 215 now, was alot easier than moving the 233ish when I started. 18 lbs can make a difference.
