Thanks Tommie! Wow…that sounds super intense! Just do the very best you can while listening to your body. Be really careful to not over do it. Also, make sure your nutrition is in line since your nutrition is just as important.

Me and my girlfriend are snowboarders and headed to australia for the summer. the depart date is about 5 weeks away. We want to get in the best shape possible. We are currently doing two a days. Insanity in the am and a modified(every other day) p90x2 pm…..Any suggestions on getting the best results and preventing injuries??

Great job! Yea I think it’s still pretty early. You may need to do another round…I couldn’t tell you since everyone is different. Just keep sticking with the workouts AND the nutrition and you’ll have to play it by ear. Keep pushing play!

However I can’t seem to get the midsection to shred up Is it to soon to expect this or should I go another round after I finish this cycle.
