Yep, exactly! There’s lots of Core work woven in so you’re doing it right! That sounds like an awesome plan…Yea I’m going to do what I can to add size, but I think I’ll see my biggest gains in Phase 2. Once I finish Phase 3, I’m thinking that I’ll be doing P90X/P90X2 mix as well to continue with OPERATION X2 HULK.

I noticed that phase I and 3 don’t have much Ab ripper. Is it just cause we’re doing a lot of core work or am I middling something in the schedule? And for me I just want to get a little more ripped and then try bulking up with a mix of p90x and x2 for the next round. And I know you’ll achieve your goal. Your motivation will take you a long ways!

Freaked my family out, LOL. Over the past 2 years, I’ve done it a couple more times, but it was an “eh” sort of stab. Now, I’m 43 and still 20 in my brain.

I play lots of tennis, but get injured more nowadays – P90X2 seems to be more tailored for my getting in shape and staying injury-free. I’m 6′ and 207 lbs. I don’t mind the weight – it fits me when I’m in shape – so that’s it; I want to “redistribute” the weight, get rid of the fat around the waist line and STAY INJURY FREE while kicking arse on the courts!

I’m going to start one week behind you. Photos shall ensue!
